Flow Like Water: The MA80 Arnis/Eskrima Modular Training System

The hear and soul of Filipino martial arts is the Flow, that continuity of motion that enables one to handle any encounter. Remy Presas was a master of the flow. GM Presas taught thousands of student over the 20+ years he spent in the U.S. the art he devised, Modern Arnis.

Modern Arnis is a malleable art. Each of his senior students has molded this art according to to his/her own personalities, capabilities, and framework understanding of martial arts principles.

This is one presentation of Modern Arnis. The MA80 System Arnis/Eskrima is the brainchild of Prof. Dan Anderson, known in the karate circles as "Super Dan." Anderson has taken his 58 years experience in the martial arts (45 of them in modern Arnis) and has constructed a teaching platform in which a beginning student is taught how to Flow on the first lesson.
