We come into this world covered in blood, and we leave it the same; it is a bloodbath. For some it is violent, while for others it is peaceful. For me, it was a nightmare. I was born premature, a sickly and pale child. I died around the age of twenty-four by no fault of my own. My rebirth was traumatic; I awoke inside a body bag, drowning in my blood. I'm not entirely sure it was intentional. I don't know my sire's name or face. The one thing I know to be certain is that my name is Lattimore Saint, and I am a vampire.

I want to find out what he wants from me, but he doesn't speak.
