Witch and the Plague: A Chronicle of Neferthys

It had been more than 300 years since the world of Hemrod emerged from the age of the Great Cataclysm.

Life had survived the unleashing of the elements. Fire, Ice, meteorites... Nothing had spared them.

For several millennia the cataclysm plunged civilization back into chaos and anarchy. Many communities were completely decimated. Others managed to take refuge and evolve in isolation, some were nomads. The order of Noot served as a beacon in the night and darkness. The priestesses of Noot were all trained in the ways of war. However, each generation, one of them was touched by the feather of Isis and named the Warrior Priestess. Neferthys was The Warrior Priestess. In addition to the role shared with her sisters, the Warrior Priestess was the one sent to investigate rumors of creatures or activities that went against the natural order. If a creature was identified, she

was sent to neutralize it and bring its Kah, the heart, back to Mother Priestess. On her way back from hunting a Child of Anubis, Neferthys was making her way back to the order of Noot.
