"It wasn't until 2015, when my then, boyfriend Jared gifted me a Canon Rebel T6i for Christmas, that my passion for photography truly ignited.

Receiving the camera while in the first year of a romantic relationship motivated me to document our adventures. Strapping it across my chest while exploring nature with him sparked an unparalleled sense of tranquility previously unknown to me.

Amidst my perpetually racing mind, I discovered a tranquil oasis behind the viewfinder. As I constantly sought moments to immortalize, I found myself becoming more attuned to the moment at hand. It became evident that photography provided a serenity akin to the comforting presence of my beloved horses.

In those moments, I felt remarkably present.
