Dynamo, the guitarist formally known as Static, had recently been changed by his meeting with the Chief. But his cutting ties with the villain had also cut away his ability to visit other worlds. That is, until a mysterious woman shows up with a broken-down bus on his turf. She was but one of those who the Chief had chosen for Dynamo's new purpose.

Deciding to transform Dynamo's solo performances into a band with a common purpose, the Chief guides three talented friends to his side: Ignid, the simple synth-playing handyman with a big heart; Zyndi, a passionate vocalist with big dreams; and Breaker, the quiet drummer with big faith in his role. Together, the group will go on a big adventure that will meet all their desires.

But the villain, not taking his loss lying down, sends a twisted figure to reclaim what was lost. He will use whatever means necessary to tear apart the new band for good, even if it means doing it from the inside. Buckle up and enjoy the ride as the band meets a bunch of interesting people across different worlds as they learn how to work as a team.
