Kyle and Shannon, a young couple from Atlanta, move into what seems like a quiet, charming apartment building to start fresh. Their new life takes a sinister turn when they notice strange noises and odd behavior from their downstairs neighbor, Marcus. Friendly yet unsettling, Marcus begins to cast a dark shadow over their days, as unexplained noises, foul odors, and midnight movements make Kyle and Shannon increasingly suspicious.
