Ganesha Kavacham From Ganesha Purana: Armor of Ganesha

This Ganesha kavacham is given in the Ganesha Purana, It is given in the eighty fifth chapter of Kreeda Khanda of Ganesha purana, and this kavacha was taught to goddess Gauri by sage Mareechi himself. When sage Mareechi visited Gauri and Shiva, when lord Ganesha in the form of Mayuresha was five months of age. The Phalashruti says that reciting this kavacha with devotion yields various fruits such as protection from all kinds of negative entities, great strength and health, success in things you desire to achieve, victory in battles and debates, success in mystic prayogas and defense from prayogas done by enemies, power to save oneself and their loved ones from grave dangers, subjugate and influence people at high stature
