The goal is to let go of the result, and channel effortlessly in order to know the Divine Guide within, the Master Self. By going through movement with connection to the Master Self, available to be contacted when focused above the head, in the crown chakra or higher above the head, where raised arms meet, identity with thoughts can be replaced by identification with the Master Self, Who is Your Guide to God, and will take you in each moment along the Path to God.
