It was the first day at Myers Elementary School and five students felt awkward being new. Once they met in Ms. Ruby's 4th grade classroom, they realized they weren't alone. Their names were Paula, Oliver, Benny, Randy, and Yolanda. Later, after meeting their resource teacher, Ms. Star, they realized they had a lot of things in common and that their individuality made them unique. The students also became self-aware that their identified strengths can be used to support each other's challenges.
