Denied SSI for the third time, Ezra battles seizures, hallucinations, and the crushing weight of being seen as useless in his own home.

As the fictional "Grey Fever" pandemic shuts down the outside world, the inside becomes something far crueler. Lyrica mocks his limp, slaps him mid-sentence, threatens to evict him from the very apartment his condition secured. The children scream, fight, and echo the cruelty they've inherited. Ezra is silenced-except when he writes.
