Two thousand miles away, a Mexican teen is being smuggled into the United States to carry out cartel operations. But nobody knows that young Elena Alamilla isn't like any other adolescent. Fate leads Elena to Livermore, where she meets the other two, and decides to help them without abandoning her duties. The three meet other Snoopers, each with their own unique ability. However, this organization sets their sights on re-capturing these Snoopers, and using them for their big goal; a site excavation that can change the history of humanity forever.
