Singapore Style has been in the works for over 30 years! It is a book of personal stories and great recipes by author - chef Nicole La Chica, family, and close friends.
Every recipe has a history and Singapore Style displays the culture, narrative, and love that goes into the dishes that have been prepared by herself, family, and close friends.
Since the Author was born and raised in Singapore, then moved to USA, and traveled widely, recipes here are not just Singaporean, but reflect the melting pot of Singapore, the countries she has visited (UK, China, Malaysia, Europe, Oz, etc.) and the country she now resides in.
