This book is designed to help caregivers and children explore their emotions together, learn to name and identify different feelings, and most importantly, find comfort and connection with their Creator in the midst of it all. Each page presents a relatable scenario and encourages the child to share their emotions and facial expressions, while also providing the caregiver with helpful questions to better understand the child's perspective and prompts to model emotional courage.
