Minister, His Ministry & His Ministration: What The Called Needs To Know

That we may appreciate the differences between what we have had simple knowledge of as Ministers and what God Almighty will actually want us to know in details. With an in-depth in-look into already familiar topics, we are to see things from a different angle.Often times we wonder why things happen in the way it did but we don't consider that we may have contributed to the end wherein we have found ourselves. On which side of the fence do we sit? Why have we leaders done things the way we have? What does God have to teach us still despite our vast knowledge of Him? Have we been in the right all these while? What is God Almighty still speaking to our hearts at this moment and where do we really stand?Why do we Ministers struggle for the gifts which God Almighty has not given unto us? Why do we hurt ourselves - trying to be like another 'Man Of God' simply because it appears he is a success? Why are we not content with all what God Almighty has given unto us? Why do we leave our places of primary assignment for to do something else and so work another man's fields when our fields lie uncultivated?Why the strife, the endless struggles, the continuous battles amongst ourselves when there is A More Excellent Way - The Way of LOVE? What does God expect of us in Ministry and how are we already going about it?Who is a Mentor and what exactly are his duties? Why do we need a good Mentor to make it in Ministry? To what extent is the Mentored supposed to go before he assures himself of firm standing? Why do we Ministers seek power on the outside when God says He has already given us Power? We all want Ministry success but do we know that there is a price to pay? Why is it so difficult for us to maintain our visions when God Himself is ever beside us to work things out for us?Truly we are the pastors and leaders of our churches and even the founders but have we forgotten that Christ Jesus is The Senior Pastor of His Church? We may own The Church Buildings but we are not the owner of The Church and so our members are not 'captives' to our Churches alone. Each Church however small or large is at best a branch of The True Church Of Christ and so anyone - Christians can belong to one Church or the other but is not to be held bound therein - because what Church A lacks is provided by Church B and Jesus ensures that not any single Church down here on earth has all 100% of His Full Packaging but spreads them across as He so pleases.In this era of time differentiation - as we await The Glorious Closure Of The Ages, there still are some things that God Almighty expects of us to know - that we may understand His Mind, correct ourselves and adjust our stands.
