About the authors:
Amy and Raphael met when they were both studying for their archaeology degree at Newcastle University, England, in 2010, and they have been friends ever since.
Amy, a Luxembourger of British descent, has been a talented artist since childhood and her works include drawings, paintings, and larger-than-life murals.
Raphael, originally of German origin, is a keen writer and the author of numerous scientific journal publications and books. He is father to three sons who are absolutely crazy about llamas.
The Llama from Alabama is Amy and Raphael's first joint project, aimed at animal loving children and adults alike.
