Living From Within: New Spirituality for the Modern World

This book explains the Gurbani Meditations to break free from the influence of Maya, the illusion that hides the truth. The breaking free happens when our attention shifts the base of operating or living in the world. The Anhad Shabad or the Celestial Sound Vibration of Creation is the Sound that is present at the Creation point. It is here that the Ekankar, the Creator is present in Sunn Samadhi. The creation exists there as a duality of Nirgun-Sargun.

The Anhad Shabad is the True Guru. The Shabad is there in the form of Guru's word in Guru Granth Sahib. The Shabad is also that with is in the form of our thoughts and words. The True Guru speaks to us in word in our mind when this Anhad Shabad is beginning to be heard. This Shabad opens up the Dasam Dwar, the Tenth Door.
