Oscar the Osprey and the Council Quandary

Oscar the Osprey and the Sibling Team is the 6th book in the Oscar the Osprey chapter book series, and deals with whether to admit Oscar and his Siblings (Otto and Oprah) into the Elder Council due to their leadership skills and heroics. The Grand Old Osprey (Goo), however, is unable to convince the other Elders to support the decision and a dispute arises. Complicating the matter, is a violent storm bearing down on the Ospreys' lake home. With dangers surrounding the Osprey flock, Oscar and his siblings find themselves in the middle of a crisis that they must deal with together.
