Baby Cow! MOOOO!: Why Parents Need A Break

A calf named Candy and her momma are grazing in a field as human parents pull up and start mooing out the window of their truck. Candy is curious why on earth these humans would act in such a manner. Her momma explains that human parents can have very stressful days and need a moment, a day, or even a weekend to recharge and in turn, be better parents. This book is meant to help all of us parents explain to our kids that just because we do something without them, doesn't mean we don't love or care for them. In fact, the opposite is true-because we love our children, we need to also take care of ourselves!
