Beyond the mirror: How to find unconditional love and increase your self-esteem

This book aims to assist in the healing process of a generation of women who feel limited, oppressed, abandoned, and rejected by unrealistic standards and expectations. These women believe that to access love and acceptance, they need to be, have, or appear to be something other than who they truly are.

Today, there are women who believe that to be loved, they must abandon their desires, needs, wants, and dreams-women tired of feeling used by people, media, and relationships.

Women who simply want to be loved and accepted exactly as they are.

I acknowledge the efforts of all women who constantly seek external validation through physical appearance, academic or professional achievements. Those who wear physical and spiritual masks to access love.

The value of being accepted, considered beautiful and aesthetically aligned with current beauty standards, loved for serving others' needs, is evident. However, after years of observing and studying human behavior, I realize the importance of valuing what already exists in its authentic and original form, both in our appearance and in the gifts we came to express in this world.

To be loved for being exactly as you are-this was the key that turned for me, freeing and inspiring me to create this book.

Going Beyond the Mirror means preserving your freedom to be who you truly are and taking pride in that. It's about serving from a place of authenticity and receiving love genuinely and unconditionally, starting with yourself.
