I'm Chef Slav Shikov, a Bulgarian native whose love for cooking has been a part of me since childhood. I still remember preparing my first meals at the age of 13 or 14, experimenting with flavors and techniques in the kitchen.
Cooking has always been more than just a job for me; it's an art form. I believe that the kitchen is where creativity meets tradition, and every dish I create is a reflection of that belief. From rustic Bulgarian recipes to the refined techniques of European haute cuisine, I've honed my skills over 15 years of experience working across France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Austria.
But behind the scenes, the kitchen is a demanding and relentless environment. Chefs often work long hours, from the early hours of the morning until late into the night. It takes a strong spirit, endurance, and a deep love for the craft to thrive in this challenging industry.
