Fruit desserts is a book that incorporates fruits instead of cakes and other fat loaded desserts. Fruits contains fiber as result it removes excess of cholesterol from your body. Fruits also contains vitamins and moisture, thus aiding to providing nutrients and, water content to aid excretion of waste products from the body. This book contains fruits incorporated in various recipes, such as, fruit sundaes, a mixed fruit medley, Strawberry, banana and mint, fruited banana and yogurt, last but not least Peaches with crushed walnuts and drizzled with honey.
