Human Resource Management is the result of a deep interest in understanding how organizations manage their most valuable asset - people. The study focuses on various dimensions of HRM, including recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal, employee relations, and strategic human resource planning.
The purpose of this work is to provide insights into how HRM contributes not only to organizational efficiency but also to employee satisfaction and long-term growth. Through this study, I have explored both theoretical frameworks and practical approaches, drawing on real-world examples and current trends in the HR field.
Completing this work has been a valuable learning experience. It has broadened my perspective on the critical role human resources play in achieving organizational success, and it has deepened my appreciation for the balance required between people and business processes.
