Love and joy are what everybody desires. And, despite a huge amount of evidence suggesting the contrary, love and joy actually represent the natural state. The story shows that what it takes to bring these desires to fruition is silliness, the most undervalued of all attributes.
Shri Vindaloo is a grand and wonderful pig who lives in Goa. He loves everyone he meets and, of course, everyone loves him back, including many, many lady pigs who he follows (sometimes), meets (sometimes) and loves (all the time). His adventures in the book took him back and forth between Goa and Leningrad, New York, California, Mexico, New Orleans and Las Vegas.
And through all this, of course, a love story began to unfold.
