This is (not) a diet book. It's a personal journey to find the perfect diet plan (which does not exit) but instead found a way to make lifestyle changes by eliminating unhealthy foods (or so-called healthy foods by others) in order to accomplish the desired weight loss goals.
The book lists the foods that should be eliminated from the diet in order to live a healthier lifestyle. Additionally, a chapter on workouts, including aerobic, weight training, balancing, and flexibility exercises.
