After centuries of slipping through the grasp of empires, pirates, and fortune seekers, the long-lost treasure of the Santa Teresa de Avila has been located by Rondo Julius. To help him retrieve the riches and avoid losing it to the government, he has inadvertently employed the same greedy, desperate criminals who were responsible for the tragic even that set Calypso and Good Boy on their first voyage. Double-crossed by his contractors, Rondo has sent clues to Shriya about the treasure's location.
