After a devastating loss, Jack decides to not return to the cornfields. He finds a new home and meets an unexpected friend-a crow named Margot. As the year passes, numerous changes come to the farm. Some changes are welcomed, while others are not. One change in particular brings suspicion and leaves many of the farm animals asking, "Did Jack really change, or is he up to something again?"
