Embrace It: When God's Plan Isn't What You Expected

Some days, the reality of not having that person to share life with is overwhelming. It makes me want to quit life. In those moments, I don't want to face the world. Instead, I want to curl up on the couch with a bowl of ice cream and drown my sorrows.

But quitting isn't an option. So what does one do? Start with Proverbs 16:3: "Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established." This book was written from a heart searching for answers to the struggles of being single. I wanted to know what the Bible says about my truffles as a single lady and other life tussles I face.

Singleness has been a journey, but I've learned that you just have to Embrace It!
