Mousa is a little boy who recently moved to a new town. He has made a new best friend and feels settled in his new school. This changes when a new girl, Lucia, joins his class. When she becomes friends with his best friend he is heartbroken. He thinks that his best friend doesn't want to be his friend anymore. Lucia moved from Colombia and seems so different to him. He leans on his mama for guidance. She discusses how friendships are made and encourages him to learn more about Lucia. Mousa wonders if it's possible to find anything in common with her. Eventually he takes his mama's advice and learns that he and Lucia actually do have a lot in common.
