Hattie can't wait to go to Grandma's for a day at the beach! But when a thunderstorm arrives, it looks to be just another boring day inside.

Knowing that a beach day is the only cure to turn Hattie's frown upside down, Grandma introduces Hattie to something very special, the big chest. Inside the chest are many, many hats, and one in particular stands out for some fun in the sun...
